NedZink NEO is a mineral grey pre-weathered titanium zinc with a matte, finely brushed surface.
NedZink NEO’s consistent mineral-grey surface develops due to the chemical surface treatment applied after the rolling process without applying lacquer or coating. The composition and structure of the patina coating produced are due to weather conditions; however, NedZink ensures that the original properties of the titanium zinc are retained.
NedZink NEO is used to build aesthetic roofs, facades, roof drainage systems, and accessories. It is the ideal colour if you want to add a touch of mineral grey to the surface.
NedZink NATUREL, raw titanium zinc developed under ASTM B69 and approved by Lloyd’s Register, is the core component of NedZink NEO. Since NedZink NEO is a natural product, you can see some colour variations. However, the original production method produces an incredibly constant hue.
A temporary protective foil is used in NedZink NOVA and NedZink NUANCE to reduce the possibility of damage during processing and handling. This protective foil contains NedZink NEO and NedZink NOIR as standard equipment.
To avoid fingerprints during installation and enhance machine processing, an anti-fingerprint coating is used that imparts a faintly glossy sheen to the texture, which will wear off with time.
